THE SEXIEST® AWARDS : TAKE 1 : SO CLOSE!!!

As you all know we had a lovely night out ( in Europe any way. ) on Sunday the 24th of February, at the Sexiest Film Awards Dress Rehearsal!You all looked stunning, and quite amazing too.

I don't get out so much to such glamorous surroundings, so i loved my time at the beautiful Awards venue, seeing friends, finding out which people are really lovely via IM's, Facebook, and Twitter, supportive, helpful, and truly great friends. Events really underlined what's important to me, and who.

Thanks to LL servers taking out several sims on Sunday night and some other people. Things ran far from smoothly. But those like Emmanuelle and Mids involved in organising and building the show, never built a wonderful venue, or built the biggest SL Porn Group, or the biggest SL Porn Blog without knowing a thing or two. Ensuring when the Awards Night proper is announced it will be better, and more sensational than ever!

I'm also very grateful for more opportunities to dress up in my little French Maids outfit again ( so are my Mistresses Arwen and Louise for that matter. ), and polish all those Awards Statues some more while i look after them for all the Nominee's and Winners!

The downside was, i got upset because i was looking forward to seeing some happy deserving people up on stage with their statues, which Mirko worked so hard on to produce.  That'll happen, just as soon as we use the info gained to produce the best show ever! So, it's all on ice, for a week or two, or maybe a little more to ensure everybody can free their calendars. But you know we're all way too hot to be on ice too long. So it won't be too long a wait. More good news is we've had more contributions to the Nominee's gift bags during this unscheduled break, with a store card from Aurora, and Erotic Poses from Suff Lockjaw, joining the Warm Animations Gifts, and Mirko's Lingerie sets, and mens swim sets inside the bags.

Serenity at Home : What am i up to?

Amagaad's..So busy atm. Pornstars Blogging, Sexiest Head Judge, Shooting for Nikki Arlington's amazing new movie, and all the other usual activities. I am trying to find time for photo shoots, movies, and other projects. Realistically i won't begin a new movie until after the Sexiest Awards. We do have a couple planned though.

I managed to take these impromptu pictures, which was me fitting my new mesh eye lashes, and having a little free time to grab a few shots. I also managed to do a Super Bowl pic for Pornstars Blog.

We also did a comic book shoot for Alexus Minotaur, out this month, managed to do some publicity shots for Sexiest Awards, but it has been hectic. I'm looking forward to directing again, and doing more Flickr projects.

Now for one of the most common sentences ever written on a Blog...Not so many updates on our blog recently, we've been very busy.

As you know i edit the Pornstars Blog too, which has kept me busy, plus being involved in Judging the Sexiest Awards, Helping Emmanuelle to organise them, and Arwen has had a ton of RL work and things on her plate.

So we hope to come out the other side of all that with a lot of projects, and content for this blog, Flickr, and movie stuff too!

The last two Awards Judges, have done an amazing job, firstly Hard Rust, and then Pixie Rain for last years 2011 awards show. This time round Emmanuelle asked me ( Serenity ) and my long time business partner at Erotique and long time friend Louise Silverweb to take on the role.

Myself, and Erotique have enjoyed 2 years entering the Sexiest Awards. Myself and Louise have been lucky enough to recieve multiple nominations and produced movies with me which have done well at the show. It's a great experience, and i believe our experiences of entering will help us in our part of the awards organisation. ( Of course we've stepped back from entering this year. To help organise. )

As with the head judges before, we don't actually judge the awards, or make short lists for categories or nominee's. We have devised a fair and broad voting process taking in views from a large panel of Judges which are either not involved in SL adult film making, not active anymore, or from well outside the scene altogether.

Our job is to assemble the judging panels, and act as a liason between them, to collate and organise entries and send them to the correct judge, and generally see that the whole process runs smoothly and fairly.

Lastly, as this is a Second Life Porn Awards post, we could not resist staying on at the photoshoot, after our publicity shot ( Top. ) and do some stripping off and extra posing with this early prototype 2012 Awards statue design! It's not our fault, that naughty photographer turned up the thermostat in the studio way too high!!! ( The fact i'm the photographer is just details. )

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM SERE AND ARWEN

It's been a very busy time for us, RL and SL. Second Life has been extremely hectic for me, easily the busiest weekends blogging i've ever had on the Pornstars Blog last weekend. Due to releasing the the Million Movie and organising the Million Party venue, and celebrations. Which was huge fun!

I'm also now preparing the Pornstars Blog for Christmas. So i'm very pleased we found time for these few Christmas pics from myself and Arwen.

NEW RELEASE : TWICE BITTEN : INSATIABLE CURSE

Vampire Queen Arwen Juneberry. With Marla Carnell.

Last year we were sent a story by Marla Carnell. About a young girl with a fantasy of being seduced by a Vampire. Which of course with a few twists along the way came true to some extent! We filmed it and it became a favourite of many people who have contacted me, and enjoyed the film over the last 12 months.

This year Marla sent us another script. Which was a direct sequel, and shows wonderfully the girls life after being held captive by the sinister vampire family for a year. This is a sexual adventure, with twists and turns right up until the finale scenes. I really enjoyed the challenge of bringing Marla's story to life, and representing what was in her minds eye on the screen. The ending was certainly a challenge, a special effects extravaganza! It is in fact the first sequel we've ever done, and it was a lot of fun to revisit and expand on a project.

The film has no less than 5 sex scenes! Meaning 5 sets or locations. These were a mixture of purpose built sets by Louise Silverweb, who always gives me an amazing space to film in and be inspired, along with 2 locations one of our Loft's at Erotique, and if you've ever been to our parties, or pornstar events, you'll recognise the Club Erotique interior too.
